We’re firm believers that if you know how a piece of equipment works, you can operate it more effectively. That’s especially true if the equipment in question is the human brain. We’ve discovered that teaching leaders about the workings of the brain leads to self-awareness and insights that set the stage for increased effectiveness. Neuroscience is a powerful and expanding area of study offering significant benefits to individuals and organizations. We stay on top of the latest research and tools in the field to ensure we can bring the best solutions to our clients.

We work on the culture side of the safety equation, helping employees at all levels examine their beliefs and behaviours, facilitating conversations that shine light on the messages, measures and assumptions that are driving — or getting in the way of — safety excellence.
Reflection leads to insight, and insight leads to behaviour change. We coach individuals through challenging dilemmas, often using self-awareness tools such as the powerful Learning in Action EQ Profile. We help leaders develop coaching skills, making the shift from advising to asking reflective questions that engage employees in solving the problems they encounter.

I’m a facilitator, trainer and coach with more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering high-impact learning and development programs and facilitating strategic and business planning processes. I’m passionate about safety and have a quirky love of models that help us better understand ourselves.
I am certified to administer a variety of self-assessment tools including MBTI and my favorite — because of the insight it delivers — the Learning in Action EQ Profile. I am also certified to deliver ExperienceChange, ExperiencePoint’s highly-experiential change management simulation, and in the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
